Qualification: Preferred Postgraduate/Graduate
Experience: 3-4 Years.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Monitoring of the entire districts Teams and staff of Bihar PPSA and progress of districts target.
- Recruitment and training of new team members for Bihar team.
- Managing logistic and financial support for project implementation under guidance of higher authority.
- Preparing/submission progress Report for State/district and apprising the State/districts officials (NTEP) for program implementation through written and verbal communication.
- Liaising with district coordinators, Govt. officials, STSU and other NGO’s partner.
- District level Daily Review call.
- Data validation with Nikshay portal.
- Monitoring visits to every district per month and works at district level with support of district team with/without monitoring & evaluation officer for the same.
- Cross checking and validation of Compounder incentive data received from districts and informing the same to the PPSA accounting officer before 5th of each month.
- Compilation and validation of travel bills and any logistics bills and sending it to the PPSA accounting officer before 5th of every month.
- Supervising and supporting the DCs for organizing CMEs and any other TB related event in the State.
- Preparing the incentives and reporting it to Senior Program Manager for validation and then approval through Director.
- Validation of attendance of the staff for PPSA reporting the same to HR by 21st of every month.
- Sharing the minutes of meeting with the Senior Program Manager after every weekly meeting.
- To complete all other tasks as assigned by the reporting officer and management.
- Any other duties assigned by HOD’s / Management etc.

- Preferred Experience in the Healthcare Industry.
- Preferred Good Writing skills.
- Proven experience in program management.
- Proven stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience managing a team.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Understanding of project management.
